Terms and Conditions (Mediumship and Reiki Healing)

These Terms apply to all mediumship readings and reiki healing sessions offered by Soul Sanctuary 44.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Sessions will not be confirmed or held without completed payment.
Accepted payment methods include Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
No-shows or missed appointments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted via email or through the booking system.
Session Timing & Punctuality
Please arrive (or log in) on time for your session.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without refund.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show.
Session Environment & Conduct
All sessions are held in a safe, respectful, and confidential space.
You agree to engage with openness, presence, and mutual respect.
Soul Sanctuary 44 reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if the energetic dynamic is not aligned.
